This is a key function for the correct crossing of demand. In addition, we have tried to be able to do this using personalized labels, but it doesn't make the crosses. In other words, through labels, it would be logical to think that this function could be achieved and, in addition, to better refine the crossing, for example a customer looking for a flat and at the same time a commercial space in return. If these labels are created, they are included to “define” the properties that meet them and are added to the customer's demand interests, the system should return those premises marked as profitability and not empty, for example, as well as the flats... but this doesn't happen, if you adjust “floors” even adding the label of “profitable premises” it doesn't yield any premises, only floors... and if you add “premises” it doesn't matter if you define through labels the voids of those who are profitable, it throws them all and doesn't filter it... it would be a way to achieve but it doesn't work that way either.

Being able to add more than one option in the interests of a customer. Example: I have clients who, apart from looking for land, may be interested in a house to renovate, which in their demand form I can state that they are looking for both things and the price of everything they are looking for

Pepa Cortés Coello This is the suggestion I indicated to you, which I can see that at the time you voted for it but it is now under review by our team

Claudia: Thank you Claudia, but she has been with Rewiew for 2 years. If you don't have foresight as to when to implement the function, it doesn't work for me.

Hello, it would be good if the customer wants to buy an apartment, but also a place or business that could mark all types of properties so that they are not duplicating the customer.

To be able to place more than one interest on the customer because they can search for a villa in one area and a flat in another, or a house or plot, or different prices depending on the type of housing

2 years under review for a very important function and in the meantime “fixing” things that already worked
Judith
Fernando: Totally agree.

To be able to reflect in some way two prices in demand requests, because most of the time customers have two budgets depending on whether the house is to be renovated or already renovated. It would be good for the system to detect properties that could be of interest to the customer, giving two options to renovate x euros and renovated x euros.

Multiple types of property in demand

In the property sheet in TYPE you can choose at random the ones you want
e.g. villa, land, etc..
Note: this is fine for investors who choose different types and the one that works best for them for profitability.
