Private area for owner contacts

It would be great if all our clients had access to their private area (not just owners) with the properties visited, the properties that could fit into our portfolio, the agent who attended to them, reminder of visits, attach the documentation for the signature... etc.
Also for landlords and to be able to see perfectly everything we manage with their properties. (I know there are already reports, but I'm talking about something more specific)

Is there a start-up forecast, since now the report cannot be sent to the owner since it is currently disabled? for us it is important, because it is a tool that we value especially in catchments.

For us, collaborators are entities with whom we work (banks, investment funds, etc.), which assign us real estate to market. And what I request is that a report can be sent to them on the activity carried out with the properties belonging to their respective portfolios.
