Price limit: the slider system, I think it can be complicated for many users, I suggest changing the system, in addition to considering the delimitation of the minimum price unnecessary for most customers, it would be much easier to mark only the maximum price.

Maximum number of bedrooms — bathrooms — size: I think it's also unnecessary for most customers.

Elimination of the search by tags: if a property has a swimming pool and you forget to add that tag when you register it, it would not appear in the search.

Reasons: I believe that all of this makes searching easier and faster and that the results are reliable.
