With regard to cases of spam and blockages, this is something that Witei cannot control, since it depends on the recipient: their email provider, their inbox, their spam/promotional configurations/etc. Witei, like any other marketing platform, tries to achieve a very high sending rate, but it will never be the same as that achieved through a professional email. Therefore, Witei's messaging tools are not intended to be a replacement for traditional email, but rather their usefulness as a marketing tool must be understood.
