We consider that statistically, it is super important to control what is done with this contact request because it is the way in which clients come into contact with the real estate company and we must be able to control as much as possible how this type of note is managed.
At the level of your general statistics, which I give a screenshot below (at the end) you don't even take it into account.
I consider the following important
• That if an application is created on day 1 but is closed on day 3 that it should be recorded in the program. Nowadays it is not possible, and it even allows you to change the request from day to day without being recorded anywhere, so any commercial can adulterate that data.
• That daily and monthly statistics can be obtained on the number of requests made, broken down by commercial. And if you can also get daily statistics that say the requests assigned, those made and response time, then even better (the one that counts the date it was created and when it was closed)
• That you can obtain percentage statistics of response time, that is, how many days the commercial takes from when a contact request is assigned to it until it is submitted as completed. Monthly and daily

- It would be interesting to consider the date and time of opening and closing a task.
- If a user modifies the creation/closing date or any data in a task, it would be interesting to keep a record of those modifications for better control of changes in the tasks. This way you will have better control over customer response time.
