An apartment for sale can have up to 4 owners, each one being their own contact with their own phones.
It's uncomfortable because you're dealing with complex data that's not easy to organize. Witei tries to provide a generic solution, some agencies prefer to unify everything in the same file (and that's what custom fields, notes are for, etc.) and other real estate agencies want separate files.
I understand that currently Witei does not cover your way of working and that's what these suggestions are for, to help us better understand your needs and work on them.
However, currently witei has more than 2,600 suggestions, we add about 4 new features every day and of course, yours will be thoroughly reviewed by our product team.

witei: I understand that there are many real estate agencies and each one of us is organized differently, but I find it hard to believe that we are the only ones with this problem.
So far what we are doing is “merging” contacts, that is, cutting a phone from one card and pasting it to the other, and then manually changing task to task so that they all appear on the same tab with both phones. The problem is when there is already a third phone (which happens a lot).
What we want is that if the same family unit asks us about a property, all its history is reflected and received by the same commercial, regardless of whether the email or call was made by one or another person from that family unit.
In the case of rentals, it is also very important because there are not a few people who try to sneak it to us at the agencies, each call they invent a different name, a different income, after five minutes it turns out that they no longer have a dog by chance... and if I can't have this information history on the same file, everything escapes us.
