Currently, a contact will not be able to book an appointment through the interactive calendar if in that time slot the person responsible for that appointment already has a task scheduled in their witei schedule.
In these cases, the contact will see a message stating that the chosen appointment is not available.

witei: We have also noticed that when creating an event, the time reserved in the calendar when making an appointment does not correspond to the time configured to create the event. For example, I set up an event giving 60 minutes to each appointment and, when making a reservation in the calendar, it appears with only 15 minutes. In the chat you told me that I should adjust it manually once I received the appointment, but I don't think that's the solution. It should reliably appear on the calendar with the duration indicated in the event settings.
