Improvements to the marketing report

In this post I am going to comment on some important deficiencies that I observe in the MARKETING report and that if they are not solved, I consider that the report as it is now designed is not very useful.
Currently, Witei only counts the first time a customer contacts through a portal, but the ideal is for that accountant to count not only that first origin, but also the subsequent ones, since a customer, the first time, may contact through Idealista, and then respond to an advertisement from Fotocasa, and so on. At the investment level in hiring real estate portals, it is necessary to know the requests that enter each month through each portal, stressing that a single customer can enter through several channels.
One possibility that I imagine would help with these statistics, and it also helps when identifying each request, is that every time a contact request is generated, it has a field where you can enter the origin of that specific request, both automatically (that Witei does it) and that we can do it by hand (a box similar to the one there is to enter the reference number of the property you are asking for).
Statistically speaking, it hardly helps if the program says the origin of the contact only the first few times, in other words, the new demands/owners.
On the other hand, it would be interesting to be able to export the statistics obtained to another format that allows saving the report, such as Excel.
And above all, and not least. I note that you can only view the report for the current month. This marketing report should be able to see the statistics month by month, choosing them according to our needs, and also allow us to see it on an annual basis

Improvements have been made to the “Marketing Report”:
A new section has been added to the report that analyzes the origin of the contact requests received in the filtered period. Contact requests will be counted according to the origin of the email that generated the contact request via Smart Inbox and is independent of the origin of the contact.

It would be very useful when taking out our monthly statistics to know the origin of the contact (idealist, yacontre, poster...) to which a task is being performed by the sales representative (call, email...)
