Being able to have real statistics of demands since currently only gives us the origin of them, but not because of what portal I currently enter and when doing sales convertible statistics they are not real, and an annual investment cannot be projected because there is no real information.

Let Witei update the information on a demand already created if a new contact request comes to us from another portal with the same or different property. Currently, Witei does not update all the data in the original file and the portal of the initial contact is still the source. It would be useful if all contact requests could appear in the notes of this demand in the form of notes in “Activity”, including the portal.

Hello Gabriel, what we need is an origin in the customer's request, not in the customer itself. A source for each request to measure our investments in the Origins (portals, marketing plans...)
In our case, we have customers who signed in more than a year ago and are now asking us for information again but they don't appear in the counting of this month's Marketing report. (and you don't have to go to customers from a year ago, those from last month don't score either).
It is true that it may interest you how you met the customer for the first time (that by putting the origin in the request you would always know by looking at the first one) but what interests us is to know how many requests a source can send us and to know if we are making a good investment in that portal or we should change the budget and invest it in a more profitable one. The important source that counts is the one that brought you that customer for the first time. Then your interests will continue to be added, of course.
Think about how you met a friend. You met him at a bar, at work or through an acquaintance. That is the origin. Even if you find him again in a different situation, you met him through a specific source previously.
