I totally agree, part of sales management consists of evaluating the success rate among potential buyers. In my view, visits could appear as made, not carried out, and canceled by customer (Buyer customer is overunderstood)

This option is really interesting so that you can also have it indicated in the customer file, that is, in the contact history, so that it appears as a canceled visit or as a not submitted one. For us, it's not the same thing canceled as not submitted.

It's an interesting suggestion, I voted for it.
As a complement, it would also be ideal to see the possibility that the statistics by commercial would reflect the number of canceled visits, as you can now see the number of visits and ratings of the visits to have a report of canceled visits.
I would like to add an alternative that I found ideal in Witei.
In order to see the number of visits canceled by a contact, I have been doing the following:
1) I have left a word like “Cancelled” or “Visit Cancelled” in the notes of that visit task. I mark them as done and create a new one for the rescheduled visit.
2) In this way, I have been able to have in the contact file the tasks reflected as activities saved with the note of the details of that task as “Cancelled” or “Cancelled Visit” and so I can see in the customer's file how many visits he canceled or if any of my visits were canceled.
3) In addition, from the Planning section in the Weekly Tasks and/or Activities, I was then able to filter by:
Details > Contains > “Cancelled” or “Cancelled Visit” and the tasks that have this note are reflected to me.
I hope this may be useful to voters.

What they ask for, and I don't see it wrong at all, is that the visit remains a visitor-type activity but that there is some option that allows you to leave that visit as a completed activity, but that does not imply that you are saying that the visit is actually done.
Let me explain. If you close the activity, the customer receives a questionnaire to evaluate the visit.
What Antonia requests is that there be a subfield that categorizes this visit as not carried out by duty or notice at the last moment it is canceled.
I understand your reasoning because at the organizational and statistical level, that visit is done, because the sales person has already left the office, but at the client level, it's not really done
