Currently, customer contact requests that do not exist in witei (a newly created customer) and that are not linked to any property, are assigned by default to the oldest user of the program (he doesn't have to be a manager).
But it happens that maybe that person who is being charged, because they do not have the function of investigating what the customer is looking for or reassigning who corresponds to them. In our case, having migrated sales from one office to another, it has just so happened that in one of those new offices, the oldest person is a simple salesperson and is being charged.
The ideal would be to be able to choose who should be the recipient of these types of requests to, for example, have them received by the coordinator or the user, let the company decide that it has to do that function, to attend to and reassign those tasks depending on the property or population that the customer is asking about
